This place was amazing by both the quality and quantity! The chef and owner made fresh "Mozzarella" for us by our arrival.
We absolut recommend you to have dinner here (and make sure you don't eat for 2 days before haha) if you want to have a traditional food experience when in Puglia.
My family had the most amazing evening with Gianni and his family. It started with an incredibly fun cheese making demonstration resulting in the freshest, most delicious cheese we've ever tasted. If we left after that we would have been more than satisfied! The dinner that followed was very good as well. The family atmosphere was special, warm and appreciative. There was more than enough food, the price was appropriate, the experience exceptional.
This is what they call a farm stay. They have a restaurant and cheese factory. Be sure and ask to watch them make the buratta.
Fabulous feast of over a dozen appetizers and entrees served with delicious casa vino rossi and bianco. Be sure and make reservations if you have a large party.

The first time we had dinner well, yesterday after about 2 years it was poor, very poor! The tortellini tasteless. The "Cicuredd azzis" vegetables, wrapped with the jagged meat, were total disgusting, it looked like a recycling of roast beef from the days before, the mixed roast we usually use (Bombette, sausage, lamb, livers), but given that the lamb ribs were reduced to 2 pork ribs on 4 adult menus, full of burnt sausages. Usually I DON'T pay attention to the cost when it comes to food, but when you eat BADLY it bothers me to spend extra money on a lunch of just €25/30 to pay €45 for very poor quality.....Guys it's useless to create a scene with 4 hot mozzarella at the moment.....remember quality rewards over time!!!

Excellent dinner experience at this farmhouse. Really excellent quality of food, friendly and professional staff. Fixed menu with various courses of starters and a mixed roast meat. To conclude, bitter desserts and coffee. Really low price. Highly recommended.
